Home prices in the Greater Toronto Area remain lower than a year ago, with the average selling price down 7.1% to $1,008,968 and the composite benchmark price down 7.9%. The least expensive neighborhoods are mainly in areas with many condos, such as central Mississauga, where the median price was $475,000. Brampton’s Queen Street corridor had the lowest median price at $407,000, followed by North York’s Flemingdon Park at $452,000.
