The average home price in Markham was $1.07 million in February 2026, down 2.9% from January and 11.8% from February 2025. Detached houses averaged $1.51 million, semi-detached $1.1 million, attached $1.15 million, townhouse-style condos $760,760, and apartment-style condos $570,436. Sales increased 4% year-over-year, while active listings decreased 3.3%. Prices have risen nearly 20% since 2016.
